General terms of lease

The lease prices of the apartments are expressed in Euro and they are inclusive of the following costs and services:

Prices are not inclusive of the final cleaning fee of 40 Euro.

Our apartments are available both for long and short periods. You can ask for the availability for the period you are interested in through an appropriate REQUEST FORM and will be contacted within 24 hours.

To confirm the reservation you will be asked to send by fax or e-mail your credit card n. + exp. date to guarantee your reservation and stay in the apartment. Payment in cash upon your arrival in apartment.

After receiving your fax or e-mail we will send a booking confirmation of the reservation. You will be asked to supply the dates of your arrival in Venice (time, n. of the flight ecc. along with your mob. phone n.). You will be met at the meeting-point, which will be previously agreed with you, and taken to the apartment by our representative. Upon arrival you will be requested to pay in cash the hole amount of the lease.

Possible extra charges:

Animals are not admitted in the apartments.

It is forbidden to accomodate for more people than the permitted number upon confirmation of the reservation, otherwise we will reserve the right to refuse the admittance into the apartment.

It is also forbidden to produce any type of disturbing noise during resting time i.e. from 01:00 p.m. to 03:00 p.m. and from 11:00 p.m. to 08:00 a.m., as expected by Italian legislation in force.

Should a guest cancel the already confirmed reservation, Venice Cheap Rentals will be entitled to keep as cancellation fees:

In case the confirmed apartment cannot be available because of unforeseeable events, you will be immediately contacted with the proposal, if possible, of an alternative apartment featuring similar characteristics as the requested apartment.
